Buenas tardes a toda la comunidad de steemit.
[ESP] El día de hoy les traigo esta receta, que también entra en la lista de mis favoritos, se trata de nada más y nada menos que un pie de limón, bien se puede hacer para comer en familia, o como dulce para fiesta. Sin más comencemos.
[ENG] Today I bring you this recipe, which also enters in my list of my favorites, It's the pies of lemon, you can do it for eat with the family or as a party dessert. Let's go!.
Ingredientes:
[ESP]
- 245gr o 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
- 125gr de mantequilla derretida.
- 8 cucharadas de azúcar.
- Pizca de sal.
- Zumo de 1 limón
- 1 huevo.
- 112gr de leche en polvo.
- 2 cucharaditas de gelatina sin sabor (opcional)
- pizca de bicarbonato (opcional)

- 245gr or 2 cups of wheat flour.
- 125gr of melted butter.
- 8 tablespoons of sugar.
- Pinch of salt.
- Juice of lemon.
- 1 egg.
- 112gr of dust milk.
- 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin. (Optional)
- Pinch of baking soda (Opcional)
Procedimiento.
[ESP] 1.Primeramente haremos una masa quebrada, es decir, en un bol agregar toda la harina, 1 cucharadita de azúcar, pizca de sal y bicarbonato, seguidamente agregar poco a poco la mantequilla derretida e ir batiendo.
[ENG] 1.First we will do the broken dough, we add all the flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, pich of salt and baking soda, next we will add bit by bit the melted butter and stir.
[ESP] 2.Cuando consigamos una masa suave y bien integrada, la meteremos en la nevera durante 15 minutos hasta que se undurezca un poco.
[ENG] 2.When we will get it a dough soft and good integrate, we will put in the fridge during 15 minutes until the dough is harden.
[ESP] 3.Mientras que esperamos la masa, procedemos con el relleno de limón. Licuamos 1 vaso de agua, la leche en polvo, 3 cucharadas y 1/2 de azúcar, la gelatina sin sabor como un opcional y la yema del huevo.
[ENG] 3. While we wait for the dough, we will do the filling of lemon. We liquefy 1 glass of wather, the dust milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, the unflavored gelatin (optional) and the yolk.
[ESP] 4.Tomar la masa de la nevera, estirar y cortar para colocarlos en un molde. Poner algo de peso encima, ya que sino estas se levantan.
[ENG] 4. We take the dough of the fridge, stretch and cut and after we put this on in a mold. Put some weight over this, because its get up.
[ESP] 5.Hornear a 180 °C durante 15 o 20 minutos y las dejamos enfriar.
[ENG] 5. Bake of 180°C during 15 or 20 minutes y after we will put to cool.
[ESP] 6.Mientras dejamos enfriar, colocar a fuego medio en un una olla pequeña, la crema que habíamos preparado con leche, hasta que esta espese, luego agregar el zumo de limón y retirar del fuego.
[ENG] 6.While we let this to cool, put in midle fire in a little cooking pot, the cream that we did, until this thicken, after we add the juice of lemon and remove to the fire.
[ESP] 7. Rellenar las tartaletas con nuestra crema de limón y colocar en la nevera para que cuajen.
[ENG] 7. Fill the pie with our lemon cream y put on the fridge.
[ESP] 8. Y por último, haremos un merengue para coronar nuestros mini pies.
[ENG] 8.Finally, we will do a meringue for decoring our mini pies.
