They dressed the trees in white socks

One of the benefits of this long pandemic was the fact that nature had several months in which to calm down and relax. People were both busy with the new challenge and were also forced by the authorities and their own fear to stay at home and at home.

An unexpected and surprising, for me, closing the parks was very useful to the creatures there, be it animals, birds or flowers and trees. The grass was also free to grow freely without being crushed under our feet.

The park next to the house, I have this luck for a park to be 50 meters from my house, it was taken care of by the gardeners and so I was surprised a few weeks ago, when it was free to walk, there were some changes. The most interesting thing was that all the trees were painted white.

They were painted with lime. This is actually a treatment that is generally done to fruit trees. A treatment against certain insects. I found it strange because I was used to having this image for orchards. Now when I look at the trees in the park, I imagine that their trunks are the feet of elephants dressed in white socks!

An old custom, induced by @old-guy-photos was to post about trees on Tuesday. The famous challenge called #treetuesday! These trees reminded me of this pleasant habit.

I know that many of us love, admire and are grateful to the trees for all they offer. Also, as with the sky, we forget to pay attention to the trees. We see them around us, we feel their presence but occupied by many problems of life we forget to look more tentatively.

This challenge, in addition to providing an easy theme for moments of lack of inspiration, also has a beneficial effect, at least for me ... it makes me remember to pay more attention to the trees around me. Here are some examples.

We just have to look up. We shoot two rabbits at once ... both trees and the sky. It is worth doing this exercise, if possible as often as possible.

Nothing goes better with #treetuesday than #alwaysaflower, a challenge proposed by a great beauty lover, @dswigle. When you say nice, you have to think about flowers! Today, because I think of trees, the flowers are linden!

These were my trees today, can I see yours?
