What's up fellows, welcome to a new post, this time I bring you a typical Venezuelan dish that I prepared some weeks ago, usually with its meat we usually fill empanadas or arepas, it has a great variety of combinations but this time we will only prepare a Cazón to eat with rice, banana and some arepas.
Before starting with the dogfish prepare a dough to make arepas and cut some onions with some dressing.
We can buy the dogfish already shredded or we can buy it ourselves to shred it in my area, they only sell it without shredding, the first thing we have to do is wash the shark very well with water and lemon and then put it in boiling water until the skin is very rough and it comes off easily, after that we shred the dogfish.
And ready the dogfish is ready at least so we prepare them here surely have another type of preparation in other countries if so share it.
