In this post I want to explain why I still post in steem.

I've been here almost 2 years and 10 months. I did my best to grow my following and reputation. I even became one of the top 100 most reputed steemians. I'm building the community @dcooperation and I still see people posting and they need support.

I'm almost a dolphin and I have an upvote that worth something. I'm also a curator in @tipu and I can give up to $5 upvotes a day. I try to support undervaluated content creators with that. I'm also one the top curators in @tipu

I'm also curating with @dcooperation and powering up allthe earnings there to support steemians left here.

So, as you see, I have enough things to do in steem. I can't just leave like that. I also have people supporting me and that's awesome.

Maybe some are saying that we are here to support Justin, but that's not true. We are here to protect our left money while powering down all our power. Some of us are even converting steem and sellong it to buy the coin of the other blockchain.

So, complaining about people still posting here is not the right thing to do. We are all leaving slowly amd we can't leave right away !

After all we are a simple content creators who don't have any power to decide things. Everything is decided for us.

Peace !

Sort Order:

Everyone has a choice to be in whatever block chain they want to be. Nobody should make anyone feel guilty for deciding to stay or leave. Those that have left no why they choosed to leave and those that are staying also know why they choose to stay.
Though, i think the competition is good. It would make steemit's management sit up and work harder to make steemit succeed.
Let's just watch and see how things will play out in the long run

You are right. Everyone is free in doing what he's willing to do. No one has the right to tell us what to do. All we can do is watching and we will see what will happen. Thanks for your thoughtful comment. :)
