It is a jujube tree. The fruit of this tree is very tasty to eat. The fruits of jujube tree are sour and sweet. However, the same tree does not have two different tastes, but the taste varies from species to species. Our village home is located in Taldi district in South 24 Parganas, a short distance from Kolkata.

One day I went to visit the village house for a while and in the afternoon I went out to visit the village. We walked a little farther and saw a leaning jujube tree beside a lake.

This tree is very familiar to me, because every year I eat the fruit of this tree with my own hands. The time I went this time, there were just flowers and buds on the tree. Flowers bloom all over this part of the jujube tree and the colour of this flower is white.

When the tree is full of white flowers, it looks impossibly beautiful. I was fascinated to see this tree full of white flowers from a distance and I reached the tree. I then captured this innumerable white flower-filled jujube tree with the camera of my phone.

The fruits of this jujube tree come in different shapes. But small sized fruits are quite fun to eat. This jujube tree bears a kind of fruit, which is called apple jujube. This jujube fruit is small in size, but incomparable in taste. This fruit is as sweet as sugar when ripe.

The jujube fruit of this apple species looks amazing when it is ripe on the tree, the fruits go into a different colouring mood. The leaves of this jujube tree are evergreen and the leaves are small in shape. Jujube trees are very hardy in nature and grow into all species of trees, big, small, medium.

Jujube Fruit growers have always produced mostly medium species of fruit. They produce jujube fruit on one hectare of land every year. One jujube tree bears innumerable fruits. Farmers make huge profits by selling these fruits.

This excellent and delicious fruit produced by them comes to the market and we are satisfied to eat that fruit. Fruit sellers in the market also make their financial profit. This jujube fruit tends to be very profitable.
