I have fried vegetables with shrimp

Hello friends, today I cooked vegetables fried. And this vegetable I cooked with some shrimp. Eating vegetables is very beneficial for the body. And I am sharing today's vegetable cooking recipe with all of you.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of shrimp.
  • Vegetables.
  • 2 onions.
  • 8 raw chillies.
  • Panchphoron.
  • Mustard oil.
  • 3 tablespoons salt.
  • 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:

Step 01:
First, I cut the shrimps, wash them with water and put them in a container.


Step 02:
I cut the vegetables, wash them with water and put them in a container.

Step 03:
Peel an onion and grate it. After peeling, I cut it and put it in a bowl.

Step 04:
I cut the raw chillies and put them in a bowl.

Step 05:
I put salt and turmeric on the shrimp.

Step 06:
I fry the shrimps well and put them in a pot.


Step 07:
I fry the onions well.

Step 08:
Take Panchphoron lightly fried.


Step 09:
Let's put the vegetables in Panchphoron. I put fried onion and shrimp in it. I add raw chilli and salt and turmeric.

Step 10:
I spread everything well with the vegetables. I wait 8 minutes for the vegetables to cook well. After 8 minutes, when the vegetables are cooked, I turn off the oven.

Step 11:
Finally, after a while, I put the fried vegetables in a pot to eat.
