- Cumin, chilli, cloves, cinnamon, dried chilli.

- 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
I first brought home the cut meat from the market. I brought the meat home, washed it 3-4 times with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I cut the potatoes, wash them with water and put them in a container.
Step 03:
I cut the onion and put it in a small bowl. At the same time peel the garlic and cut the ginger and put it in the same container.
Step 04:
Put onion, garlic, ginger in a mixer and paste.
Step 05:
I put cumin, chilli, cloves, cinnamon, dried chilli, all the spices together in a mixer and paste.
Step 06:
In a pan, lightly fry the cut potatoes with a little oil.
Step 07:
Put the meat in the pan again with a little oil. I put all the spices pasted on the meat and also the bay leaves. Mix the spices well with the meat.
Step 08:
Let's tanned the meat for a while. When the meat is tanned, it should be stirred from time to time as the spices stick to the pan and burn. The meat is well tanned if shaken occasionally.
Step 09:
When the meat is well tanned, add the fried potatoes. I mix the potatoes with the meat.
Step 10:
I pour enough water on the meat. After pouring the water, a beautiful color of spices comes out. I put the meat on the stove for 15 minutes to cook it well. After 15 minutes, when the meat is cooked well, I turn off the oven.
