Hello to all the community of Gems, today I want to tell you about a different day I lived a few days ago, which served to forget a little about this whole problem of the pandemic.

     Hola a toda la comunidad de Gems, hoy les quiero contar sobre un día diferente que viví hace unos días, el cual sirvió para olvidarnos un poco de todo este problema de la pandemia.

     This is a meeting of friends to play video games, which was planned long before the quarantine began, and therefore was postponed for almost 3 months. We met 5 people, among them my brother, who from time to time accompanies us, since he is a faithful fan of video games since he was a child.

     Se trata de una reunión de amigos para jugar videojuegos, que estaba planeada desde mucho antes de que la cuarentena comenzara, y, por ende, se pospuso casi por 3 meses. Nos reunimos 5 personas, entre ellos mi hermano, que de vez en cuando nos acompaña, ya que este es fiel fan de los videojuegos desde pequeño.

     It was a problem to start playing, as the owner of the PlayStation was busy, but he told us to go to his house and play somewhere else anyway. When we arrived at his house we were surprised that there was no one at home, but, in our eagerness to play, we went to the place where Marlon, the owner of the PlayStation, was, to see what we could do about it. He very kindly gave us the keys to his house so that we would be the ones to look for the console ourselves, on the condition that immediately after looking for it, we would return the keys to him.

     Fue todo un problema comenzar a jugar, ya que el dueño de la PlayStation estaba ocupado, pero nos dijo de igual forma fuéramos a su casa a buscarlo y que jugáramos en otro lado. Al llegar a su casa nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que no hay nadie en su casa, pero, en nuestro afán de jugar, fuimos al lugar donde estaba Marlo, el dueño de la PlayStation, para ver que podíamos hacer al respecto. Él, muy amablemente nos dio las llaves de su casa para que fuéramos nosotros mismos los que buscáramos la consola, con la condición de que inmediatamente después de buscarla, le devolviéramos las llaves.

     Without delay we went to his house again, and in this case if we could get the PlayStation, and get another big surprise, if there was someone in his house, but he never listened to us.

     Sin demora nos dirigimos a su casa nuevamente, y en este caso si pudimos conseguir el PlayStation, y llevarnos otra gran sorpresa, si había alguien en su casa, pero nunca nos escuchó.

     And now we finally started to play, although we had to wait a moment longer for the controls to load up a bit, as they were already unloaded.

     Y ahora por fin, comenzamos a jugar, aunque tuvimos que esperar un momento más a que los controles se cargaran un poco, ya que éstos estaban descargados.

     We played two of our favorite games at these meetings, Pro Evolution Soccer and Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm, with which we spent almost 5 hours playing.

     Jugamos dos de nuestros juegos preferidos en estas reuniones, Pro Evolution Soccer y Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm, con los cuales las casi 5 horas que duramos jugando, nos pasaron volando.

     Of course, laughter for anything or anger for a wrong goal couldn't be missing, but they are part of the job, the important thing is to have a good time and share, winning or not, since the idea of this meeting was to distract us for a while, and despite all the problems we had to start playing, it was worth it to have that good time.

     Por supuesto, risas por cualquier cosa o enfado por un gol errado no pudieron faltar, pero son gajes del oficio, lo importante es pasarla bien y compartir, ganando o no, ya que la idea de esta reunión era distraernos un rato, y a pesar de todos los problemas que tuvimos para comenzar a jugar, valió mucho la pena para pasar ese buen rato.
