Entender la música clásica y no aburrirse en el intento / ¿How to understand classical music and not get bored?

Hola comunidad,

Para el post de hoy quiero hablarles de qué hay en la música clásica que hace que guste, detalles que quiero mencionar y explicar para quienes se pregunten el "¿por qué?" hay personas a las que nos gusta tanto esta

Para ello es importante mencionar que la música clásica, cómo toda obra tiene su contexto y tiene un motivo de creación, y es desde aquí donde nace todo eso llamativo

Si bien las obras sinfónicas orquestales, corales, óperas y todo ese tipo de composiciones son muy antiguas comparándolas con la música de hoy, pero es gracias a esto que posee características que las hacen únicas y muy diferentes.

Cuando una persona va a un concierto o simplemente pone alguna grabación de orquesta puede o simplemente dejarse llevar por los detalles de la composición, pero... ¿Es esta la mejor forma de disfrutarlo? No totalmente, lo mejor es tomar en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:

• Vida del compositor (Niñez, cambios bruscos de su vida, trayectoria, vivencias, relaciones amorosas y vinculos)

• Contexto de la obra (Momento en la historia y en el compositor en la que compuso la obra, viendo la influencia de ambas)

• Detalles importantes y curiosos

Teniendo todo esto en cuenta podemos lograr disfrutar adentradamente las obras que vayamos a escuchar, de manera única e irrepetible.

Como ejemplos para que puedan entender detalles de las composiciones les puedo mencionar los siguientes:

• ¿Sabían que las cuatro primeras notas del comienzo de la Quinta Sinfonía de Beethoven significaban la victoria, específicamente la "V"? Y que es por esta razón que esta Sinfonía fue utilizada reiteradas veces sobretodo en la Segunda Guerra Mundial

• Otro detalle importante podría ser también el de la Novena Sinfonía de Shostakovich, compositor ruso que vivió la era de Stalin e Hitler y que todo el régimen pensó que iba a hacer una sinfonía gloriosa justo como la Novena de Beethoven y que iba a glorificar también todo el régimen de aquel entonces para de pronto Shostakovich dar la sorpresa de una obra sumamente corta y totalmente de burla al gobierno, acto que no gustó y que iba a tener consecuencias luego.

Todos estos detalles son de gran ayuda para entender todas estas obras extensas que a simple vista parecen ser muy difíciles de entender, pero si leemos un poco más de ellas, las entenderemos a la perfección.

Todo esto lo escribo porque me parece que es muy bueno mencionarlo para atraer a muchos más oyentes a lo que es este mundo, así sea para distraernos un poco con música nueva. Y también es excelente el usar todos estos recursos cómo cultura general de la historia y eventos importantes para los artistas, filósofos, y todos los personajes importantes del pasado.

When a person goes to a concert or simply puts on an orchestral recording, they can or simply get carried away by the details of the composition, but ... Is this the best way to enjoy it? Not totally, it is best to take into account the following aspects:

• Life of the composer (Childhood, sudden changes in his life, career, experiences, love relationships and ties)

• Context of the work (Moment in history and in the composer in which he composed the work, seeing the influence of both)

• Important and curious details

Taking all this into account we can achieve to enjoy the works we are going to listen to in a unique and unrepeatable way.

As examples so that you can understand details of the compositions I can mention the following:

• Did you know that the first four notes at the beginning of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony signified victory, specifically the "V"? And that is why this Symphony was used repeatedly, especially in the Second World War.

• Another important detail could also be that of the Ninth Symphony of Shostakovich, a Russian composer who lived through the era of Stalin and Hitler and that the whole regime thought was going to make a glorious symphony just like Beethoven's Ninth and that it would also glorify The entire regime of that time suddenly stopped giving Shostakovich the surprise of an extremely short and totally derisory work to the government, an act that he did not like and that was going to have consequences later.

All these details are of great help to understand all these extensive works that at first glance seem to be very difficult to understand, but if we read a little more of them, we will understand them perfectly.

I write all this because I think it is very good to mention it to attract many more listeners to what this world is, even if it is to distract us a little with new music. And it is also great to use all of these resources as a general culture of history and important events for artists, philosophers, and all the important people of the past.
