Hola a toda la comunidad, en esta oportunidad les presento el resultado final, luego de terminada la endodoncia, se espera unos días que el paciente no presente ninguna molestia, procedemos a colocar el material definitivo.

Hello to all the community, in this opportunity I present you the final result, after finishing the endodontics, we wait a few days for the patient not to present any discomfort, we proceed to place the final material.

En esta oportunidad eliminamos toda el cemento temporal y la amalgama para colocar resina y darle la anatomía al diente.

This time we remove all the temporary cement and amalgam to place resin and give the anatomy to the tooth.

Para ello desmineralizamos el diente con ácido fosfórico al 32% para desmineralizar la superficie de la cavidad y abrir los poros y que se adhiera mejor el material, lavamos con agua secamos y luedo colocamos con un aplicador el adhesivo, fotocuramos por 10 segundos.

To do this we demineralise the tooth with 32% phosphoric acid to demineralise the surface of the cavity and open the pores so that the material adheres better, we wash with water, dry and then place the adhesive with an applicator, light cure for 10 seconds.

Luego comenzamos a colocar la resina por capas hasta llegar a la cara oclusal, donde colocamos a tallar fosas y cuspides, se fotopolimeriza el material, para luego chequear la oclusión y se realiza el pulido.

Then we begin to place the resin in layers until we reach the occlusal face, where we place to carve pits and cusps, the material is photopolymerized, and then check the occlusion and polish.

Este es el paso final, luego de haber concluido un tratamiento de conductos, si este paso nobse realiza corremos el riesgo de que el diente se fracture, y perdamos todo el trabajo por conservarlo.

This is the final step, after having concluded a root canal treatment, if this noble step is done we run the risk of the tooth fracturing, and we lose all the work to keep it.
