Good afternoon everyone in the community of Gems, today I come to comment a little on my experience in training workers in coffee shops and bars or people who want to enter this branch of gastronomy.
Buenas tardes a todos en la comunidad de Gems, hoy les vengo a comentar un poco sobre mi experiencia al capacitar a trabajadores de cafeterias y bares o a personas que quieren ingresar en esta rama de la gastronomía.

To begin with, I can tell you that it is very fascinating to give your knowledge to other people and that they like the way you give the classes. I feel good as an instructor when people learn well from what I am teaching them.
Para empezar les puedo decir que es muy fascinante entregarle tu conocimiento a otras personas y que a estas les guste la forma en la cual das las clases, me siento bien como instructor cuando las personas aprenden bien de lo que yo les estoy enseñando.

I usually manage groups of 10 people, I think this is the ideal number for people to have the time to learn and move on to making cocktails/coffees and feel fulfilled with their practices.
Normalmente manejo grupos de 10 personas, creo que es el numero ideal para que las personas tengan el tiempo de aprender y pasar a preparar cocteles/cafes y que se sientan realizados con sus practicas.

I know that I am not the best at what I do, but I teach as if I were, I work hard preparing my classes, the audio-visual material and taking the students' practices as far as possible.
Se que no soy el mejor en lo que hago, pero enseño como si lo fuera, me esfuerzo mucho preparando mis clases, el material audiovisual y llevando lo mejor posible las practicas de los estudiantes.

To date I have more than 500 trained people in my city on my books. I have just registered for a national bartender championship in my country and I will tell you how it is going.
I hope you like my experience and my advice is that whatever you do, do it with passion, dedication and love.
A día de hoy llevo en mis registros a mas de 500 personas capacitadas en mi ciudad. Acabo de inscribirme en un campeonato nacional de mi país de bartender y bueno ya les comentare como va todo.
Espero les agrade mi experiencia y mi consejo es que lo que sea que hagan, háganlo con pasión, esmero y amor.
