Worrying

Most people are fond of worries, there is a kind of toxic relationship with that word, a need to take it to action as if something good could be achieved with it, however, it is insistently assumed as a way to live.

I wonder if they really think anything good can come of it?

Worrying... certainly doesn't generate anything other than stress. Causing discomfort in our body, disease, anguish, does not allow us to see other options, and in the end what will happen, what has to happen, we can not change it only with worries.

So, for a long time now, I focus on what I can really intervene, change its course, and certainly that is in the present, nothing to do with the future.

And you, do you have your toxic relationship with worry? What else do you have it with?

Besides generating distress, is there anything else you can use?
