Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good day. Today I would like to share the first gluten-free recipe that I share with you. I thought it would be a good idea to do it and try it, since later this year I would like to stop consuming wheat flour. I know that many people are forced to eat a gluten-free diet and this post is dedicated specially for you, hoping that in some way it will inspire you to make something tasty and easy to prepare. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did making it.

Hola a todos, espero que estén teniendo un buen día. Hoy me gustaría compartir la primera receta sin gluten que comparto con ustedes. Pensé que sería una buena idea hacerlo y probarlo, ya que más adelante este año me gustaría dejar de consumir harina de trigo. Sé que muchas personas se ven obligadas a comer una dieta libre de gluten y esta publicación está dedicada especialmente para ti, con la esperanza de que de alguna manera te inspire a hacer algo sabroso y fácil de preparar. Mix well and then place in our previously floured and oiled mold. After 40 minutes at 180 degrees, my cake was ready. I made it small because it is a test since I had never done it before, but to say that it is quite delicious, although I would recommend eating it with some lemon or chocolate glaze, it is really delicious.
