  • you ensure the employees are adequately trained to provide good costomer service.

  • youmeet regularly with employees to discuss way the customer service can be improved.

with this essential factors in maximizing you employess potential to provide good customer service i promise you you will have a successful business, executing the basics that we know in our heart must be done is one of the biggest problem in business today dont get bogged down with a lot of things that wont have any effect on our bottom line and after all the cost cutting in the world will make no effective contribution to no revenue coming.
