if the company is the position of providing this type of service cutomers needs help and concerned, knowledgeble people who assist them to qualify their need and make an informed decision about their purchase.

be sure to record the name, address and phone number of the customer for follow up by the client staff;

  • identify the purpose for which they are selecting products.
  • the maximum dollar value per item allowed by the client.
  • reasonably accurate data on measurements, sehematics and so on. these will be neccessary to make good choices and perpare an accurate estimate.
