How to prepare soy and mushroom pasta with a crispy and delicious Scorched potatoes

Ingredients for making soybean and mushroom pasta :

Pasta: 400 g
Minced meat: 200 g
Soy: 100-200 grams
Chopped bell pepper: one
Tomato paste: three tablespoons
Medium onion: 1-2 pieces
Canned corn: 1 cup
Garlic: A few cloves
Chopped mushrooms: 200 g
Potatoes: one to three
Thyme powder: a teaspoon
Paprika powder: a teaspoon
Goshtiz egg powder: a teaspoon
Salt, turmeric and garlic powder and black pepper: as needed
Oil: as needed
Hot boiled water: as needed


Steps to prepare soybean and mushroom pasta :



First, soak the soybeans in a glass of milk or water for 30 minutes to 1 hour and add some black pepper and salt.
After this time, drain the soybeans and press well to remove excess milk or water.
Finely chop or grate the onions and garlic and add to the meat
Now it's time to add soy. Then fry the soybeans and meat well to get the raw taste of soybeans and cook the meat.
After about 5 or 6 minutes, add other spices plus salt to the ingredients.

In the meantime, cut the mushrooms and bell peppers and fry them in some oil (along with spices such as black pepper, garlic powder, thyme and salt) with canned corn.
Then add the meat and soy mixture to the ingredients. Then add tomato paste and fry
Add a few tablespoons of water to the ingredients and it is better to close the lid of the frying pan for a few minutes and wait for the pasta yeast to fall into the oil.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add some salt to the water and cook the pasta on the package according to the instructions and drain it after 10-15 minutes.

For the bottom of the pasta pot, depending on the size of the pot, peel one or two potatoes and cut them into slices.
In order to prevent the potatoes from burning at the bottom of the pot, it is better for the slices to be about half an inch in diameter.
Sprinkle some salt on the potatoes. Pour some oil in a saucepan.
Heat the oil and place the potatoes on the bottom of the pot.

Then pour a row of pasta and a row of meat ingredients into the pot to fill. Close the pot
The duration of steaming the pasta and roasting the bottom of the potato pot depends on the thickness of the bottom of the pot.
30 to 45 minutes is enough to brew pasta.
