The sun as a source of happiness!!

The truth is that we go to the beach a lot, we have it very close, 45 minutes by private car, but we never tire of seeing its beautiful sunsets; going to the beach is relaxing, it is happiness, physiologically the sun acts in the release of a hormone in charge of our state of mind called serotonin, simply going to the beach makes us feel better.
