Oranges have been my favorite fruit and my siblings know that the only thing they should not trust with me are oranges and vegetables because I will finish them before they get back into the house. I was posted to a remote village for my compulsory NYSC program and my student at that time spoilt me with lots of oranges, my love for oranges has not declined a bit and so for orange lovers like myself and for those who might also not know the importance of this fruit. I am going to explore all we need to know about this fruit to a reasonable extent and from there, we will get to know if we have been abusing the intake of this amazing fruit or if we have been taking it deficiently.
