
- 150 g red lentils
- 70g brown rice
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of pumpkin
- 1 handful of spinach
- 70gr of dried tomatoes
- 1 spoonful of paprika

PREPARATION
- Cut the onion and the pumpkin and put them in the pot with a drizzle of oil and cook at medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the rice and cover with water and cook for 50 minutes (according to the instructions on the package).
- When there are 20 minutes left, add the lentils and take the dried tomato, garlic and a little water and beat it in the mixer.
- When there are 10 minutes left, add the spinach and the beaten sun-dried tomato and once it is ready, all that is left is to enjoy it.
