How are you guys doing? Hope you are having a great day? Do you know there is something unique about African meals most especially the ones we usually call swallows. This one I am about to make is local food we all know as Eba made from cassava plant.Its very easy and fast to make.
- You don't need much ingredients and recipes. What you need to make the meal(Eba) is hot water and a small bowl to make the Eba.

- Pour amount of quantity of water in a bowl and sprinkle the garri inside the hot water. You can make soft or add depending on how you want it but I want it soft for easy digestion. I am not saying the add one doesn't digest all, it does but it might take time.After you have added the gari, just leave for couple of minutes.
- And turn with turning with turning stick
Now there is this local draw soup that is made from okro seed. How can you make it when you harvest, get the seed and dry it, then grind it.
This is how to make the soup. Pour the dried grinded okro in a small pot and add small water with potash, the potash will assist the soup to draw very well. After that you can add small salt and locust beans. And cook for about 3 to 4minutes.
