This time it's full of cinnamon! 😁
One of my friends who used to bake keto cinnamon rolls with her employer and they sell it to the market, showed us how to make at home.
The process is easier than I thought though it requires more time than making other desserts because you'll have to flatten bad roll out roll out the dough.
One thing I would change on the recipe is the amount of cinnamon.
For me, it was a bit too much on some part of the dough, even though the sweetness was enough. Don't get me wrong, I love cinnamon but too much of it isn't my favourite thing.
The texture could probably be better by adding adjusting some of the wet ingredients.
So this would mean that we have to make it again until we perfect the recipe. ☺️
