I went to dine out at Arabian style but with recent Corona situation we try not to go out without any purpose. I did liked the meal I had there and decided to make it at home.
It was pretty easy but it requires a lot time
- Mutton legs
- Spices
- Cumin Seeds
- Salt
- Onion
- Green Chli
- Ginger
- Rice
You need your usual set of spices first
Then grind it as whole
Then prepare the meal for cooking
First rinse it with Olive oil
Now you can sprinkle grind spices
NOw its salt's turn
You need to add onion, chili at this point
Start to cook them in large pan
When little curry is made, you can add mutton nowLet it cook for few hours on low heat, that is the key to this dish.
In the meantime, you can prepare rice
You can now add rice with mutton
It did took a long time to prepare but taste was definitely unique and worth all the time.
