Hi to you all from Suriname πππ This morning I made pav bhaji for breakfast.
Itβs very easy to make but yummy and good for health. I want to share with you all. My daughters like eat a lot.
We cook Ital because family eat like same Rastafari, not use ghee or yogurt in our food.
I feel like this morning. I look flowers rose bloom so many this morningβs beautiful and smell it πΉ

Ingredients
For Steaming
- 2 potatoes
- pumpkin use equally meat potato
- 1 gram long bean
For Frying
- 3 tomato
- 2 green chili
- 2 tbsp cuts ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili power
- 1 tbsp fennel powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 of lime or to taste

Step 1Steam potatoes, long beans and pumpkin. | |

Step 2Cut chili, ginger, tomato and arrange ingredients for cooking. | |
Step 3Remove the skins after steaming. The veggies look like this. | |
Step 4Smash it like this. | |
Step 5Heat oil in the pan put ginger and green chili fry it maybe one minute. | |
Step 6Then put tomato to fry.. | |
Step 7Then put steamed veggies and fry. | |
Step 8Then put chili power, turmeric powder, fennel powder and fry it more. | |
Step 9Finally put salt, garam masala and lime juice and fry a few seconds more. |
Usually I make this breakfast tomato, carrot and broccoli, but today I not have. But pumpkin with potato delicious the same and itβs free. Lockdown score!
You can cook with everything you want but you need potato always. Have a nice day π
