Fruits in summers are so refreshing, what can better than having chilled fruits. And when these are mixed with icy cold curd, it is the best summery combination one can treat themselves to. It actually tastes like a sweet dish which is extremely healthy and nutritious given it has highly nutritive ingredients. Today, I’m going to share with you the recipe of fruits raita.

Ingredients
• 1 fig
• 1 blueberry
• 1 cranberry
• 1 peeled apple
• 2 Bananas
• 1 Pomegranate
• 1 Mango
• 3-4 Fresh Strawberries
• Chopped Pineapple
• 1 TBSP Sugar
• 150 gms curd
Method
Step 1: Cut all the fruits in a glass bowl. Cut them to an appropriate size. Place aside.
Step 2: Mix the Sugar and the Curd and whisk the curd well until it comes down to a fine texture.
Step 3: Mix the curd with all the fruits.
Step 4: Add 1-2 ice cubes if required.
Step 5: Serve cold with yummy food.
