- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1/4 chili powder
- salt to taste

- 6 wheat bread slices

Method of preparation of Rava Toast
Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
How to make Rava Toast:
To make the rava toast, place all the bread slices on a clean, dry surface and spread a portion of the topping evenly.
Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it with some oil.
Keep the topping side down and keep it on 2 toasted griddle and cook on a medium flame using a little oil till the topping turns golden color.
Flip the cup and cook until the other side turns golden.
Cut each toast diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
Repeat method number 2 to 4 to cook 2 more toasts.
Serve Rava toast immediately or cool completely and pack in a tiffin box.
