HELLO EVERYONE
Weekend pleasing my husband @elcorrecamino I wanted ceviche, I had never prepared ceviche, it was easier to go and buy it ready, but since you cannot go out, prepare it at home.
With the help of several videos I saw how to prepare it, my only option was yellowfin tuna, I said to myself with tuna it must also be left good.
I found in my fridge:
- Onion
- Sweet pepper
- Coriander
- You can't miss the main ingredient EL LIMON
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Hot spicy
All the ingredients are minced in strip cuts, I think it is called julienne cut, the important thing is to chop everything very finely. Or at least make the attempt.
This is yellowfin tuna, they are larger specimens often seen with dolphins, porpoises, whales and whale sharks. Yellowfin eat other fish, shellfish, and squid.
Tuna is diced, adding everything, including lemon juice, salt and soy sauce.
I served it in glasses, more attractive to eat, in this way we can toast, for my first time it looks very good, surely when I can go to buy fish I will prepare it again, I will be encouraged and I will succeed. HEALTH.
