Recently there was raining in my town and i feel my internet browsing slow down, this happen all the time during rain. After that i searched internet for the reason and i found that
1- if your ISP uses conventional copper cables for DSL internet which normally used for voice, for DSL there cables are not much efficent. These cables use electric pulse to transfer packets, but when it rain, water goes into these cable joints or poles which effects electric pulse. which effects internet traffic.
2- or 2nd possible reason is due to high load of internet traffic during rain because people stay indoor and all the normal routine life stopped and this situation raise the use of internet indoor.
