This is a symbol. This symbol is designed and placed in front of the gate outside a scientific college. These types of symbols are made of different designs and affixed in many places.
Here the symbol is first designed by drawing a snake and drawing a picture of a duck in the middle. But it is made by hand carving. And it can only be created by skilled artists.
This artist has shown extraordinary talent by designing this symbol with different techniques. It's nice to see why these are just institutions, even if they are designed in front of the gate or somewhere else at home.
