Good day fellow steemites and friends, hope you are having stomach great day and wonderful day as well?. I want to show you some of the benefits of using scent leaf.
As we all know that scent leaf is very medicinal and it helps the body both outside and inside. It has good to taste it at lunch two times a week. We can decide to use for cooking our Banga soup, plantain porridge, beans, stew in order and bring out the aroma of our foods.
Sometimes, many people eat this leaf raw... but it is not encouraging because as we all know every green plants contains chlorophyll which helps them to manufacture their food through sunlight (photosynthesis). So the best way to use or take our scent leaf without using it to cook is by......
- Bring the scent leaf and dry it in the sun in order to absorb the chlorophyll present in the least.
- After drying the scent leaf for about 2-3 days, bring it out from the sun, split it into pieces and put it inside a cup.
- Boil hot water, pour it inside the scent leaf in the cup and turn it very well.
- Drink it bit by bit and don't allow the precipitate to enter your mouth.
Advantages of scent leaf
- it helps to reduce the level of sugar content in the body
- it strengthens the muscle and veins
- it brings out the taste and flavour of our meals
- it helps to reduce the amount of fatty acids in the body.
- it reduces high blood pressure.
