I'm delighted to be tasting an absolute banger of a beer tonight. This one would knock the socks of a donkey - pure gold.

Big Bunny is brewed in the Northwest of Ireland near Rathmullen. It's an odd thing to say, but i can almost taste Donegal off it.

Nothing too obscure going on here. BIG BUNNY. Yep, that's a big bunny alright.

Thoughts

A quality hoppy very drinkable and seasonable IPA. Pours a lovely deep frothy yellow and gives off that quality craft beer aroma.

One thing about this beer is the sediment at the bottom of the glass. Look at it there settling. I'm told this can be used to brew your own beer for part of the process.

Can i ask this though?

Is it safe to drink this sediment or not?

I feckin hope so!!

Here is a nice photo from Kinnegar themselves.

If you see this in your Offie/Bottle Shop/Liquour store/wherever pick it up, its an absolute cracker!
