Hello everyone.
Today I will share with you the recipe of "Kısır", which is a local flavor made in almost every city in my country.

1 pinch of fresh mint
1 pinch of parsley
Half tea glass of pomegranate syrup
3 cucumbers
5 small tomatoes
Some red cabbage
1 cup of dried tomatoes
2 dried onions
1 dried garlic
Some lettuce
2 green peppers
1 water glass measure of oil

First we cut my dried onions and garlic in small pieces and put them in a pan. Then we add 1 glass of oil and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste into the pan where we put the onions.

We take our onions, which we roasted well with tomato paste, to rest.

We pour a small amount of hot water on it, mix our ingredients on the tray and rest.

Then we cut our greens finely.

While serving, we can add tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and pickled gherkins, lettuce and some arugula. Of course, these materials can change according to your wishes.
Bon appetit to everyone already.
