Hello my dear friends, I hope you all will be well. Today I will also tell you the local food of my area and how to make it. First of all, I will talk about the wedding food in our area. Meals are also prepared with regional cuisine in mind, but the most popular dishes in our area are beef qorma and chicken biryani, Chinese biryani and sweet rice. Running in our area which is given to guests at weddings and many times instead of beef qorma is also chicken qorma or mutton korma

Now I am talking about breakfast. In our area, we have breakfast in the morning. Before making breakfast, we make curd lassi and mix it well with sugar and drink it. I would tell you how to make this lassi. At night, milk is poured into a clay pot and then a little sour lassi is poured into it and it is kept in a warm place for a few hours and then you put it on the head. When you realize that the milk is frozen and early in the morning when it is well made into yoghurt, it is put into a machine and it is thoroughly reddened. It is very useful to drink and it is also delicious. The people of our village drink it with great relish. You can add salt and sugar to this lassi of your choice.

I will talk further. The breakfast that is more favorite in our area after the onset of winter is cooked mustard greens and eaten with butter, along with desi ghee breads. This breakfast is very popular in our area. It is preferred and people eat it with great relish. I will also tell you how to make it. As I told you that butter has to be extracted from buttermilk. That butter will come in handy in greens. Let me tell you, you have to pick the soft leaves of mustard from the crops and put equal amount of spinach in it and add green chillies as required. Cut it and put it in a clay pot and put it on low heat. If you don't add water, it is in it automatically. When it is well fried, it has to fight with Madani. When it is mixed, it becomes like greens. Understand that it has become greens. Have breakfast which will be very delicious

Now I will tell you about the desi lunch which the people of our village like very much. There are a lot of desi chickens in our village and when anyone wants to eat a rooster he can catch a rooster. We slaughter it and make its meat by adding a little chilli and onion etc. and make it in desi ghee and with it there is bread in the oven. The desi ghee chicken starts is very tasty as you can see in this picture.
