Hi friends, all of you Steemfood, I hope your days are always cheerful and happyThe spirit continues to cook, today I will continue the recipe for cooking seafood that yesterday has been soaked with lemon juice for 1 day, for today's menu I was helped by my mother to make flour fried cuttlefish with mayonnaise sauce.

After this seafood has been left idle for one day we immediately proceed to cook and eat it, I will make crispy sotong like crispy chiken but what's different is that it's seafood (sotong)

SO THE MATERIALS NEEDED ARE

  • FLAVORING
  • Pepper
  • LIME
  • LITTLE SALT
  • GINGER
  • ONION AND A LITTLE ONION OF ONION WHICH WILL BE REFINED

By giving and leaving this seafood food with lemon juice, the unpleasant aroma is completely lost, it doesn't really smell fishy after soaking it with lime juice for 1 day.

Actually cooking cuttlefish is not too difficult in my opinion compared to others, the most difficult thing is how to clean it so that the dirt is clean and good again.

HOW TO MAKE IT IS

The cuttlefish covered with lime juice and other spices are stirred until blended, if everything has been stirred evenly, the next step is to fry as usual, start with oil, after that this seafood food is put on the grill over firewhich is being and we wait until evenly distributed.Cooking the cuttlefish is not fast because the meat is so thick it takes a while so that the cuttlefish is cooked perfectly, when it's finished and cooked perfectly we remove and drain.

While waiting for the oil to drain I make mayonnaise, the ingredients needed are
MAYONNAISE OF COURSE
A LITTLE LIME JUICE
AND CHILI SAUCE
WE MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS ABOVE AND
STIR UNTIL EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.
