I want to share again simple home-style food with fish-based ingredients. Here I use tuna and tauco. Tauco is a cooking spice and fermented original Indonesian food ingredient.
So many benefits will be obtained from the food that we will make today. The nutrients contained in fish are the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. Fish also has less saturated fat, high protein, vitamin D, calcium, iodine and various nutrients.
Tauco is a type of food that has a fairly high protein content. Because tauco comes from soybeans, the protein content in tauco can prevent disease and also increase stamina.
This is the basic ingredient of the food we will make
Material :
- Some tuna
- Tauco (sufficiently)
- Tomato (one piece)
- Some green chilies
- Garlic (3 cloves)
- Shallots (3 cloves)
- A little oyster sauce (packaged saori)
- Dry bay leaves (3 pieces)
- Lemongrass (2 stalks)
- Water (sufficiently)
How to make :
Step 1 :
Cut and clean the tuna.
Step 2 :
Heat the oil and fry the tuna that we have cut into pieces.
Step 3 :
Cut the ingredients to be sauteed such as shallots and garlic, green chilies, tomatoes, and mash lemongrass stalks.
Step 4 :
