Hey steemfoods community!

How are you guys, hopefully you are healthy and you can always do your normal activities, huh?

Because I don't shop for groceries now, I want to process the ingredients I have at home, namely eggs. The preparations we make are made from eggs and also use coconut milk as a sauce.

I think this food is very easy to make and also fits as an old date menu. Okay without much chatter we immediately made it.

Eggs (5 pieces)
Coconut (one side)
Tomatoes (one fruit)
Dry bay leaves (3 pieces)
Shallots (3 cloves)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Green chilies (to taste)
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Lemongrass (one stick)
Salt
Water

First:
Grate the coconut side by side until it looks like this.

Second:
Chop chilies, onions, and mash lemongrass.

Third :
Prepare a frying pan and squeeze the coconut that has been shredded and filtered so that it becomes coconut milk or to make it easier to blend and then filter it to make it cleaner from the coconut dregs. Then add enough water.

Fourth :
After the coconut milk is ready to be squeezed, add the spices, namely coriander, turmeric and salt to taste. Add the green chilies, garlic and shallots, and crushed lemongrass and dried bay leaves. Don't forget to add the tomatoes that have been cut before adding the eggs.

Stir gently until it boils, after boiling enter all the eggs and wait a moment and stir gently do not let the eggs crumble. Keep stirring slowly until everything is done.
