During this time, prepare the filling, finely chop the spinach leaves and mix with cottage cheese, salt and pepper and add spices while shaping the cake. The dough on kefir turns out to be very soft and elastic, we transfer it to the table, divide it into 6 parts, roll each into a bun and begin to roll it into a thin layer, we roll out three layers at once, shown in detail in the video recipe. We lubricate each layer with a mixture of vegetable oils and melted butter 1: 1 and evenly distribute the filling on top, cover with the next layer and repeat the whole process, then wrap the resulting layer layer in a roll and divide it in half not to the end along the length of the roll and then wrap it in a snail like this as shown in the video.
