What i used
-I used corn flour for fufu
-Fowl(contri fowl),tomatoes,onion,maggi,salt,pepper,and red oil for kahti kahti
-Maggi,salt,and red oil for njamanjama
How i did
-For fufu corn,boil water,when it's boiled remove some and keep aside,mix some corn flour to be abit thick with cold water,add to the remaining boiled water in the pot and stir well for a minute then cover the pot for two minutes,now add your corn flour,mix well and be fast so it should be uniform, when it's unifirm cover for one to two mins, after the two mins open and mix well n its ready
For kahti kahti,roast your chicken,slice tomatoes n onions.rinse the fowl n place in a pot,add the sliced spice maggi n salt then allow to boil,when almost ready add your red oil and allow to cook for two mins
For my njama
Boil your njamanjama with yellow pepper, when boiled drain the water and add your maggi,salt n red oil allow for two to three mins,after the two mins stir and your food is ready.
