If you are from South Asia then you must have agreed to eat this delicious traditional food. Which is called pakora. It is very tasty and crispy.
In this holy month of Ramadan, the pakora recipe is made in every home of Pakistan during Iftar.
Today I will share with you how to make this recipe.
Ingredients:
- Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 Cups
- Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Water - 150 ml (To make Batter)
- Oil for Deep Frying
- Vegetables
Potato - 2 medium size
Onion - 1
- Green Chillies Chopped
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl- gram flour(besan), cornflour, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, green chili, potato, and onion.
After mixing make the paste.
Now put it in heat oil for deep frying
We made the crispy pakora
