Hello Steemians!How are you today.Hoping that all is well and happy. I'm@analizasuperales please allow me to share, this is my own version recipe on how to cook "Pansit Bihon with Chicken" .Pancit Bihon is one of the most popular Filipino dishes and a Filipino party food favorite.
Ingredients:
*1/2 Pansit Bihon
*1/2 Chicken with bones and skin
*1/4 Baguio Beans
*1 Pieces Carrots
*1 Tablespoon Garlic
*2 Pieces Onion
*5 Cups Water
*1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
*1/2 Teaspon Pepper
*2 Tablespoon cooking oil
*1/2 Cabbage
*1/2 Tablespoon salt
*1 bell peper
Procedures:
Step 1:
Pour 5 cups of water in cooking pot.Let it boil.Put the chicken and boil with in 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Remove the boiled chicken from the pot.Let it cool down.Shred the meat and discard the bones.Set a side .Note do not throw the water yet, we will use it later as chicken stock.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, soak the bihon in water for 8 to 10 minutes.Set aside.Note do this using a large mixing bowl and fill it with tap water.
Step 4:
Heat a largepan.Pour-in 2 tablespoon cooking oil.
Step5:
Let the oil get hot then stir-fry then once the oil becomes smokey hot, saute the onion and garlic.
Step 6:
Add the shredded chicken cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Pour-in soy sauce and 1 cup of chicken stock this is the water that was used to boil the checken stir and let cook for 3 minutes more.
Step 8:
Put-in the slice carrots and baguio beans then toss.
Step 9:
Add the soaked bihon toss the bihon untill all the ingredients are well blended.If the bihon is somewhat dry add a cup of chicken stock and continue to toss untill the liquid is absorbed.
Step:10
Trasnsfer to a serving plate.Serve with lemon
