Actually yesterday, I was a little bit busy. That's why I did not share my post with all of you. Now, I am sharing with all of you the most important post

Today I am sharing a recipe of PANJIRI that is a blessing recipe or gift of the Winter season. And it is very healthy for the Winter season. It is also healthy for new moms because it is very healthful for all others who are born new babies. It is very very important for those

I am also very fond of this PANJIRI. Because it is very tasty.

So Let's Started!

But before that we will look at the ingredients:

  • Coconut
  • Pistachio
  • Almonds
  • Pure Oil
  • Almonds
  • Grapes Raisin

First of e have to grind all ingredients. I cleaned the coconut very well with a neat cloth and then started to grind. It will take time because it is little but difficult to grind.

After that, you have to grind it

Then I grind the almonds. It is very easy to grind. And it will not take much time

After that you have to grind Pistachio. It is also very easy and will not take your much time

Now, it,s turn to grind the Grape Raisin. And it is sticky in the grind.

Now you have to grind the Date. It is very hard dates. So, it will also take your time. Because it is very difficult in the grind

Now you have to mix all the grind ingredients. And then mix it very well

After that you have to add pure oil in this that is made in home. Because it is very pure and very healthy for health

I would love to try homemade panjiri, @arinaz08. In my country, Venezuela, almonds and pistachios are very expensive. 1kg of almonds costs between $20 and $27, depending on where you buy it. Pistachios are even more expensive. Then making this dish is not always affordable, but it looks so delicious, it'd be worth the effort, for sure.
