Greeting to all Steemit fellows. I hope that you all are fine. I am again here for share one recipe. I always share yummy and delicious food recipe which I like the most,. I hope that you also like it and appreciate
I always try to out my efforts. And I am also eligible#club5050. I also learnt recipes of your posts also. Because you all share very delicious recipes. And I even try at home. You all are so talented. And I really appreciate your work. So, here I want to share my recipe that is famous in PUNJAB PAKISTAN. And this recipe is about SAAG
So Let's Started!
But here first of all we have to take a look at the ingredients:
- Saag
- Spinach
- Fenugreek(Maithi)
- Coriander
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Bathoo
- Green Pepper
First of all you have to take a separate pot and add water in it and put on flame
Now you have to cut the Saag and then add in this boil water, but remember that you have to add salt in this water also
Now you have to add garlic, ginger salt and green pepper and other spices that you want
Now you have to add Spinach, Fenugreek(Maithi), Coriander etc.
Now you have to mix it very well and cooked for almost 3 hour. And then you have to take out form the flame . And then take saag in little quantity and then cook in oil , garlic and ginger. Then its taste will be so delicious
Now you can eat with bread(roti) , butter. I hope that you will like and enjoy
