This is a traditional shop located at the junction of the Line-pipa road, Blang Weu Panjo village, on the border of Lhokseumawe City with North Aceh Regency-Indonesia, this address is known by the local community. Guests who have tried to taste this "charcoal noodle" will be subscribers to return on another occasion.

The fire that radiates from this traditional stove is no less than that using a gas stove. Eating noodles this afternoon is certainly different from the usual, namely the way of cooking, and the usual tasteful taste. So what's the difference between how to cook and taste?

Noodle Charcoal is a unique noodle dish that is served by the seller to each guest in a traditional way of cooking with a charcoal stove, thereby reaping a different taste from other cooking methods.

Guests who are enjoying a dish of ” Charcoal Noodles” feel happy after being served because they will soon have the opportunity to taste it. The ingredients used are very simple, namely, these noodles are made from wheat flour that has been processed and given a yellow dye. For seasoning only use chili, salt, soy sauce, garlic, lemongrass, and others. At the time of cooking, first, pour oil into the pot, chopped onion, put in it, then about 3 minutes put the noodles and stirred, and wait about 7 minutes. Second, cooking these noodles can be ordered per one (1) portion up to 10 servings once cooked in a pot. One serving is one plate, and the noodles are ready to be served. The name charcoal noodles is because the noodles are cooked using a charcoal stove.
