I hope you all are happy. I'm going to share my food diary game article another day from this article. That is, the foods I added on February 12th. I'm going to share the article with you now in the hope that you will enjoy it.
Breakfast
For breakfast I made a tea with ginger and sugar mixed with an egg roll. Inside the egg roll was potatoes, curries and egg.
Lunch
For lunch that day I added lentils, cucumbers and fried meat with rice. Before I could prepare my lunch that day, my mother had prepared it for me.
I ate orange after lunch. It is a vitamin C fruit as well as a fruit that is high in flavor.
Dinner
For dinner that day I ate a fish ban with surface biscuit powder. I bought it from the Chunpan vehicle near the house.
