Morning
I wake up at 3 o'clock and knead flour. I already cooked gravy last night. I cook rice last night. I make paratha of knead flour of clarified butter for all. Fry egg for me. Then I served to them and make banana and strawberry shake for them. I eat rice with shake and some dates for whole day energy. It's necessary to eat 2 to 3 dates in morning that you can feel energetic all the day. We all done our sehri and offer prayer.
Evening
In evening, I cooked peas rice (poluao) which has been cooked every day in Ramadan but it's recipe become different. I make a simple yogurt for rice by adding cumin and salt. Nowadays peas are not much seasonal but I boiled them first and then cook while making masala before adding water.
I make pasta for today's Iftar. I boiled macaroni for 15 minutes on low flame, add one tablespoon of oil and some salt to avoid it's collapsing with pan or with each other. Then add onion in separate pan, fry it by adding one tablespoon oil and then add ginger garlic paste, Chili, ketchup, mayo and mix them well and then add boiled carrot and macaroni.
We also make samsoa. We don't know that neighbors would sent iftar for us so, order samosa strips from market and make samosa at home samosa sauce too.
We order chicken Malai boti and mutton kofta. They cooked it on coal which enhance it's taste. They added yogurt,cream and spices in chicken. Keep it for few hours and then cooked it on coal. We make Dahi bhalla as well. It's necessary for your health especially when you fast for almost 14 to 15 hours.
