So, let's start our recipe which you can prepare in just 15 minutes. I am sharing the recipe of suji ka Halwa or Rava Halwa (Suji and Rava also known as Semolina).
Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |

Semolina | 1 Cup |
Water | 2 to 3 Cups |
Oil | 4 to 5 Tablespoon |
Sugar | 1 Cup |
Cardamom | 2 to 3 |
Cooking Method
First measure all the ingredients in equal quantity. Then add 2 to 3 Cups of water in a pan. Because to cook semolina properly and soft you have to add water in double or triple than semolina.
Then add sugar in the water. Sugar should be equal in quantity to semolina. More or less sugar is not good for it's recipe. If you are not much sugar lover you add a bit less quantity.
I take 2 to 3 cardamom and grind them to extract out more flavor of it. Then add it in the boiling sugar and water. Cooked it until all the sugar dissolved and cardamom enhance it's essence. After boiling put in a jug or glass.
Add water when semolina become golden brown. Add water and stir spoon continuously untill all the water dry out. Put it in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
You can prepare this recipe in just 15 minutes and served it to 6 to 7 guests. I hope you like my recipe and waiting for your exciting comments. Share your reviews if you tried this recipe.

Hi, @ashkan. I've seen this sweet dish before and have always felt tempted to try it. I think it's ideal for an afternoon snack; you could also serve it as dessert after a light meal. It might be also ideal for those who love a sweet breakfast.
This recipe is practical indeed; it is easy to make, and requires little time and only a few ingredients.
