The ingredients are as follows:
1 kg of fish I happen to use tongkol or tuna. Clean and marinate with salt and lime.
For the spices in the blender are
- 15 small shallots,
- 5 garlic,
- 4 candlenuts,
- 8 red chilies,
- pepper,
- a little turmeric. and
- chili powder.
Other ingredients are thick and thin coconut milk, turmeric leaves, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, cardamom and star anise.
The way to make it is very easy, guys,
First heat a little oil then add the leaves so that they smell good, then add the spices that have been in the blender.
Stir for a while and add coconut milk. Because the fish is soft quickly, don't put it directly in the rendang.
When the rendang has shrunk and is almost cooked, then add the fish.
