RECIPE OF CHICKEN PILAU:
Ingredient:
500 gm Basmati rice
500 gm Chicken
250 gm Yogurt
1 tsp zeera
2 Onion finely chopped
5-6 Mint leaves
5-6 Green chilli
1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
Salt as required
STEPS:
Step :
1:In a pot fry onion until light brown, take few bits out and set aside for garnishing at the end. When the onion turns golden brown add washed and clean chicken and fry until golden add ginger and garlic paste and saute it and add chicken.

2:Add zeera, salt, crushed cumin and coriander seeds along with crushed chilli flakes and turmeric.

- Add Green chilli and mint leaves. Stirr the spices with chicken.
Step:
- Add some water then stir it again.
Step:
- Then add company recipe mix.
Step:
- Cleaned and washed the rice with some water.
Step:
- Then Strain out the rice with the sieve.
Step:
- Mix spices together and boiled it with high flame with Rice.
Step:
9: Wait for few minutes and covered the cooking pot.
Step:
10: Cooked chicken and parboiled rice are steamed together.
Delicious Pilau is ready to serve now!
