Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Flour (maida)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tea spoon baking soda
- 1 tea spoon vanilla essence
- ½ cup oil or butter
- Raisins
- Almond
- Walnut
- ½ cup milk
RECIPE :
Step 1:
First of take 2 eggs put them in bowl and mix them well with the help of beater. And while stirring the eggs ad sugar in it gradually because if you do it quickly than your cake will not get fluffy. It may taste the same but if you talk about the look of cake will get spoiled if you add it quickly so do this slow and gradually.
Step 2:
And now you have to put flour in that but you have to put flour gradually and slowly so that It can mix properly and can mix complete. But I can tell you if you don’t do it perfectly than your cake will not rise well and yes one thing more don’t give it a stay you have to keep stirring.
Step 3:
And now put milk in that and keep one thing in your mind that your milk should not be cold it should be at room temperature and know put baking powder in it and oil at same time and last thing you have to do before putting it in a pan you have to mix it well and then add vanilla essence.
Step 4:
For baking in a pan instead of oven it is quite difficult but the final result is better than that than before adding your solution I pan you have to do some more thing.
1- Take a pan and pre heat it for like 20 min on slow flame
2- Take a pan and put oil in it with a help of brush so that your cake not get stick in it
3- And then spray some icing sugar it the pan for a good base of cake.
4- And know add your solution in that and keep this thing in mind that put it slowly and if you see bubble in it than burst it with the help of tooth pick
5- And lastly backed it for 20 mins and you cake will get ready
