Hi my beautiful people in this community. How are you guys doing? I hope you are all great and doing well. Let us all be grateful in our everyday lives as I share to you are native recipe here in our country, Philippines. Its name is Boiled Vegetables in tagalog is "Gulay".
These are the benefits that we can get of eating vegetables:
It is naturally low in fat and calories,
Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including:
potassium
dietary fiber
folate
vitamin A
and vitamin C.
It is rich in potassium
maintain healthy blood pressure.
I want to show to you on how to prepare "Boiled Vegetables"
First, wash the 1/2 kg of fish and fried it.
Second, boil 10 cups of water while boiling wash the main ingredients which is the vegetables, white squash and red squash.
Third, Put the squash and the fried fish to the boiling water wait to boil again until the squash become soft.
Fourth, prepare the malunggay leaves.
Lastly, put the malunggay leaves and also put 1 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of ajinomoto.
Serve.
Have a nice dinner.
