Tonight, I have left over rice from our lunch so this is an idea that I want to share. Making a Chao Fan rice with Salted egg, hotdog and skinless longganisa. This is an easy recipe. These are the things you need to prepare for this dish.
Kangkong leaves
Garlic, oyster sauce and Magic sarap to taste.
Salted egg and tomato.
Eggs.
Hotdog, Skinless longanissa and Cooking oil.
Ground pork and rice.
Procedure;
After cooking the hotdogs and skinless longganisa, you may saute the garlic together with the ground pork. I used the same pan where I cooked the two first foods.
I put the kangkong leaves next and put some oyster sauce.
When you it is slightly cooked, put the rice on.
Put the egg on it.
Then wait until its done.
I ate it with coffee. You can try it too.
